Two is better than one sometimes. And those things are more likely to happen and need to happen faster if you have more money on hand. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that Kevin Hart’s finances are getting better. The Philadelphia native is one of the wealthiest comedians, with a net worth of $200 million. Documents show that he put $7 million of that money into a large estate that is next to an even bigger house that he already owns.
Another 16.3-acre estate with mostly hillside land is next door. However, a two-acre graded block has a 9,300-square-foot, vaguely architectural home with a gray tiled roof, as well as an infinity-edged pool, a full-size tennis court, large lawns, and vast gardens. The house, which was built in 2004, has never been officially for sale.
In terms of Hart, the veteran actor and comedian currently owns a 42-acre property with two swimming pools, two sports courts, and other buildings that add up to about 19,000 square feet of living space. A lot of cars can also park off-street.

Hart’s “spare” house is behind gates on a big lot. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms are hidden behind the stone and white stucco on the outside.
The traditional living and dining rooms inside the house are very large and have wide-plank oak hardwood floors and huge picture windows.
There is also a newly rebuilt kitchen with stone countertops and top-of-the-line Viking appliances, as well as a separate breakfast room and a wine cellar that is dug into the ground.
The master bedroom on the first floor leads to a spa-style bathroom with quartz countertops, two sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower.
The outdoor pool has an infinity edge and a waterfall and grotto area. Water from a different waterfall flows into a separate koi pond.
The tennis court we already talked about, the putting green, the loggia with speakers and misters, the full BBQ center/outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and campfire, and the grilling area are some of the other features outside. There is wisteria growing on a trellis, and in the distance you can see the wild hills.
