Fans of the Kardashian family were shown Kim’s $70 million Malibu property. Kim’s cliffside California home is about to undergo renovations, and fresh aerial pictures capture the stunning setting.
mother of four Kim desires to add her own touches to the house she purchased in September 2022. The Malibu mansion by the shore is owned by Cindy Crawford. With four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and numerous spacious living areas offering views of the beach and mountains, the 7,400-square-foot villa has it all.
Several workmen with ladders and other equipment were visible on the property in the most recent photos. There are plastic sheets instead of windows on the side of the house that faces the ocean.
There was furniture on the terrace on the opposite side of the house, indicating inside remodeling. There are other unfinished doors and windows on the other side of the building, but the grass is kept up nicely.
Kim’s new house has a smaller lot and a sizable backyard full of trees. Kim is going to enjoy sunsets on a private beach in Malibu with her four children. After divorcing Kanye West, Kim purchased the property in an effort to start over.
