Lupita Nyong’o and Boyfriend Revel in Opulent Lifestyle within Their Newly Acquired Villa

Yesterday, Lupita Nyong’o and Selema Masekela made their romance public. They purchased a multimillion-dollar Los Angeles home for the holidays.

In 2014, Nyong’o and Masekela spent over $4 million on a custom-built house. An unincorporated community in the Malibu-San Fernando Valley is called Topanga Canyon.

Situated on nearly two acres of heavily wooded land at the end of a one-way street, the contemporary steel, glass, and cement construction features solar, backup power, home automation, and filtration systems. It is concealed behind a steel-gated driveway. Ocean, hillside, and canyon views can be found from the home’s four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and more than 4,000 square feet of three-level living space with floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

Particular features include a dining room with a wet bar and a living room with a fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to a large balcony. The gourmet kitchen has Viking, Wolf, and Sub-Zero appliances along with quartz countertops, an eat-in island, and bamboo cabinetry.

Highlights include a lower-level media/family room with its entrance, another wet bar, an ensuite bedroom used as an office, and an upstairs master retreat with a spa-inspired bath, soaking tub, and a two-person jetted steam shower.

The well-kept grounds feature a dining area, a commercial BBQ, a fountain, and a kitchen. 20 parking spaces and a 2-car garage.
