Luxury abounds in NBA star Patrick Beverley’s magnificent villa, adorned with extravagant furniture

After a mid-season trade deadline, the Los Angeles Lakers released controversial NBA guard Patrick Beverley.

The three-time NBA All-Defensive Team star joined the Bulls in February. Since this move, Beverley is renting his luxurious Encino, California condo.

This 5,264-square-foot 5-bedroom property is attracting residents with its $23,000 monthly rent. The 2020 house includes high vaulted ceilings, distinctive tilework, wood and marble flooring, and a big, open layout. The mansion boasts surround sound and a high-tech security system.

This chef’s kitchen has a large island with a prep sink and breakfast bar, bespoke cabinets, a pantry, and modern stainless-steel appliances. Breakfast area sliding glass doors lead to a wonderful patio.

The family room next to the kitchen has a stone fireplace, built-in bookcases, and sliding glass doors to a covered swimming area.

The flat has two first-floor bedrooms and three upstairs. White wood beamed ceilings, a fireplace with tiled surround, two walk-in closets with built-in cabinetry, and a sliding glass door to a private balcony make the main suite a spacious retreat. For a simple morning coffee on the terrace, the suite has an espresso maker and refrigerator. The main bathroom is stunning with bespoke tilework, a double walk-in shower with accent lighting, dual vanities, a custom cabinet, and a separate soaking tub.

The property offers a family theater, jacuzzi, pool, and 3/4-bath guest cottage by the pool. Beverley purchased the house for $3.78 M in April 2021 while playing for the Los Angeles Clippers.

The 34-year-old Beverley plans to quit the Bulls after 2023 to freelance. After an 11-season NBA career as a fierce guard and fearsome opponent, Beverley is considering joining a new team this summer. Upon retiring, he may consider hosting a prominent sports talk program.
