A house in Moraga Estates with six bedrooms that used to belong to a Los Angeles Lakers player is now for sale for $14.5 million. Nancy Ellin, a Compass agent, is also selling the 10,000-square-foot planned community with a gate. The house has six bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, and even a changing room where famous NBA players have signed the walls.
Ellin bought the house in 2004 and added a lot of high-end features to it after remodeling it.
