Magic Johnson luxuriates in his 10,000 sq ft mansion in Bel-Air

A house in Moraga Estates with six bedrooms that used to belong to a Los Angeles Lakers player is now for sale for $14.5 million. Nancy Ellin, a Compass agent, is also selling the 10,000-square-foot planned community with a gate. The house has six bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, and even a changing room where famous NBA players have signed the walls.

Ellin bought the house in 2004 and added a lot of high-end features to it after remodeling it. Ellin tells Mansion Global that the house has been completely redone and now has high-end appliances, marble, handmade cabinets, and Moroccan and Spanish design elements that were inspired by our family trips. It is an amazing place to live and a great place to have a party. There is a pool, a built-in grill, a fire pit, and a large brick patio on the beautiful grounds.

The three-story house has a drɑmɑtic lobby with a big staircase and wide wood plank flooring that was all installed by hand. From the first floor, you can get to a lovely formal dining room with specially made built-ins and a silver leaf dome ceiling.

There are only a few steps between the large living room and the family room, which has a fireplace that burns wood and a Moroccan-style sitting rotunda. Nearby is a one-of-a-kind chef’s kitchen with marble counters, an island with seating, and a butler’s room. All four sides of a large eating area have French doors that lead to the backyard. These doors let in plenty of light.

The large main room is on the second floor. It has a fireplace, a sitting area, and a patio. The stylish master bathroom is sleek and all white. It has a нσt shower and a Jacuzzi tub. There is a large, fully-stocked gym, three bunk beds for kids, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom on the third floor. As you might have guessed, Johnson has a custom-built basketball court inside. If you just want to watch, you can look through a window in the game area to see how your friends are acting.
