Miami’s Star Island Welcomes Rick Ross as He Acquires a Jaw-Dropping Mansion for $37M

Rick Ross is thought to be spending over $37 million to buy a lavish property with nine bedrooms on Miami’s Star Island.

Star Island has been home to many famous people over the years, according to the Wall Street Journal. These include Sean “Diddy” Combs, Shaquille O’Neal, Gloria Estefan, and many more.

Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez bought a ten-bedroom house on the island in 2020, which made it look even more fancy.

TMZ Hip Hop says that Rick, who is 47 years old and grew up in the same Miami neighborhood as Flo Rida, now lives on Star Island.

After spending millions of dollars on the fancy house, Rick is said to be remodeling it from top to bottom. Twelve bathrooms, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool are in his new 40,000-square-foot house.

The very pricey waterfront house has a small wooden port in the backyard that goes to the water.

After Rick moves in, he’ll be able to enjoy nice features like a movie room.

According to reports, the rapper from Money In The Grave is almost done with the sale of the house that was listed in May.

Architecture Digest says he paid $3.5 million for the Miami home of NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire about two years ago.

Rick made that statement on the REVOLT show Assets Over Liabilities months after buying Amare’s house.

ѕυ∂∂єиℓу, he thought, “Hey! I could sell the house for up to $3 million more than what I paid for it, so it has some value.

R. Kelly bought Meek Mill’s Atlanta home for $4.2 million a few months ago, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.Rick purchased a $1,000,000 home in Atlanta just because he was interested when he first started making a lot of money as a rapper.

In a 2021 interview, Rick said, “I’ve always been interested in homes, so my friends and I started coming up to Atlanta.” When we rode by this spot, we would often stop, pull over, and say, “Gπ∂ ∂αmN.”

That’s what he said: “Once I had my deal and my situation figured out, I bought a $1 million house right around the corner, maybe two minutes from here, just so I can ride by it every day in Atlanta.” What a play it was!”

What Rick has done most impressively is buying Evander Holyfield a huge 109-room house in Georgia and calling it “The Promise Land.”
