Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez bought a ten-bedroom house on the island in 2020, which made it look even more fancy.
TMZ Hip Hop says that Rick, who is 47 years old and grew up in the same Miami neighborhood as Flo Rida, now lives on Star Island.
After spending millions of dollars on the fancy house, Rick is said to be remodeling it from top to bottom. Twelve bathrooms, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool are in his new 40,000-square-foot house.
The very pricey waterfront house has a small wooden port in the backyard that goes to the water.
After Rick moves in, he’ll be able to enjoy nice features like a movie room.
According to reports, the rapper from Money In The Grave is almost done with the sale of the house that was listed in May.
Architecture Digest says he paid $3.5 million for the Miami home of NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire about two years ago.
