According to TMZ, the tennis players purchased the Woodlands Hills property for their mother and coach, Oracene Price, back in 2005. Venus won the Wimbledon championship that year, and Serena won the Australian Open.

Prior to its purported sale for less than $2 million in 2019, Price resided in the home.

However, based on a Figure 8 Realty listing, the property is back on the market with a starting price of $4.649M.
