This spectacular estate in Fayetteville, Georgia, offers over 45,000 square feet of living space on 235 acres of land.
It’s the biggest house in Georgia and one of the biggest individual homes in the country.
In 1994, boxing superstar Evander Holyfield started construction on the property.
The boxer revealed to The Atlanta Journal Constitution that the upkeep of the property required spending about $1 million a year
Rick Ross bought the former Holyfield property in 2014, shortly after it had entered foreclosure, for $5,879,000, joining the long list of hip-hop celebrities who live in Atlanta and the surrounding areas.
With 109 rooms, the megamansion is almost as big as the White House.
It has twelve bedrooms, twenty-one baths, and a large formal dining room that seats one hundred people. And Ross is using every square inch of space to great effect by throwing lavish birthday parties at his opulent home.
In addition to its stunning suites, the hotel offers a ton of internal activities to keep guests occupied.
There is a 135-seat theater, a boxing gym, an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, and a recording studio that is fully operational.
There’s a detached guest house and a sizable pool outside with a capacity of approximately 350,000 gallons of water.
