According to details released on July 19 by Realtor.com, Ross is under contract to buy a $37.5M mansion that will provide him more than 9,700 square feet of living space.

Ross is apparently planning to spend $37.5M, while the last owner only spent $4.6M in 1999. It was constructed in 1992.
In 2014, boxer Evander Holyfield’s previous residence was acquired by Rick Ross on a large scale. The $5.8 million pad is located on about 300 acres close to a highway in Fayetteville, Georgia, and is 54,000 square feet in size. With 109 rooms, the home features 25 bathrooms.
