TheRealDeal.com, a real estate website, claims that Diddy, who was just spotted on Instagram handing his soon-to-be neighbor a golf cart, will be one of many celebrities living on the island with Rick Ross.
Ross is apparently planning to spend $37.5M, while the last owner only spent $4.6M in 1999. It was constructed in 1992.
In 2014, boxer Evander Holyfield’s previous residence was acquired by Rick Ross on a large scale. The $5.8 million pad is located on about 300 acres close to a highway in Fayetteville, Georgia, and is 54,000 square feet in size. With 109 rooms, the home features 25 bathrooms. To true devotees, it is known as the Promised Land. The rapper used everything from Fendi furniture to Versace dishes to lavishly decorate his home. He also has lots of places to enjoy fun, such the theater, bowling alley, gaming area, and indoor basketball court.
