Rick Ross Goes All Out with a $3.5M Mansion Complemented by an Enormous Garage, Purposefully Curated to Display His Coveted Supercar Fleet

Along with a history as a star, Rick Ross’s most recent real estate purchasє also has a record-brєaking return on investment.

The Miami native recently bought a home in South Florida for $3.5 million in an all-cash deal that went through in just four days. It was the fastest closing in the history of the gated neighborhood where the home is located. The house has been owned by the ex-NBA star for more than ten years. The main house is 7,361 square feet, the guest house is 1,314 square feet, and there is a nine-car garage.

The main house has four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, wooden beams on the ceilings, and white marble floors. It is a one-story building. There are many places for family and friends to get together, such as a chef’s kitchen, a sєcret movie theater, an inner bar with a pool table, and a yoga room. There is a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom in the cottage.

It was recently discovered that Ross’s other home, a 12-bedroom estate in Atlanta, was where most of Coming 2 America was filmed. With its amazing 109 rooms and 45,000 square feet, the house looked just like a castle in the made-up country of Zamunda. When asked by Variety about the changes the set designers made to his home, Ross said, “They changed the wallpaper in the dining room, so I asked them to keep it.” They also made the big dinner table that can seat 50–60 people and gave it to me as a gift. It’s very big.
