Rick Ross Invests $37M in Exquisite Miami Mansion on Star Island

It is estimated that Rick Ross will spend more than $37 million to purchase a luxurious nine-bedroom mansion located on Star Island in Miami.

The Wall Street Journal reports that during the course of its history, Star Island has been home to a number of well-known individuals, including Sean “Diddy” Combs, Shaquille O’Neal, and Gloria Estefan, among, among others.

The island gained more glitz in 2020 when Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez purchased a ten-bedroom house there.

Rick, 47, who was raised in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida, is reportedly a Star Island resident, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

After spending millions of dollars to buy the luxurious home, Rick is said to be going to have it fully redone. On his new home, which is about 40,000 square feet, there are six bathrooms, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool.

The backyard of the very expensive waterfront house has a small wooden port that leads to the ocean.

When Rick moves into the house, he’ll be able to enjoy the nice things like a media room.

The rapper from Money In The Grave is said to be close to closing on the sale of the house, which was put on the market in May.

According to Architectural Digest, he bought the Miami home of star NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire for $3.5 million about two years ago.

Rick said that months after buying Amare’s house on the REVOLT show Assets Over Liabilities.

He thought, “Guess what? It’s worth something because I might be able to sell the house for up to $3 million more than I paid for it.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution says that Rick Ross also bought Meek Mill’s Atlanta home for $4.2 million a few months ago.When Rick first started making a lot of money as a rapper, he bought a million-dollar home in Atlanta just because he was interested.

Rick said in an interview in 2021, “Homes was always something I was interested in, so me and my buddies started coming up to Atlanta.” It was common for us to ride by this spot and stop, pull over, and say, “Gσ∂ ∂αми.”

To quote him, “Once I had my deal and my situation figured out, I bought a million-dollar home right around the corner, maybe two minutes from here, just so I can ride by it every day while I’m in Atlanta. That was the play.”

Rick’s biggest and best accomplishment is the huge 109-room house in Georgia that he bought from Evander Holyfield and named “The Promise Land.”
