Rick Ross Makes a Whopping $37M Purchase for an Ultra-Luxurious Mansion on Miami’s Star Island

Rick Ross will spend almost $37 million on a luxurious nine-bedroom house on Miami’s Star Island.

The Wall Street Journal says that over the years, famous people like Shaquille O’Neal, Gloria Estefan, and Sean “Diddy” Combs have lived on Star Island.

The island gained more glitz in 2020 when Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez purchased a ten-bedroom house there.

Rick, 47, who was raised in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida, is reportedly a Star Island resident, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

Rick is said to be going to spend a lot of money fixing up the fancy house after buying it. There are six bathrooms, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool on his new, fancy property, which is about 40,000 square feet in size.

The very expensive waterfront home has a small wooden harbor in the garden that leads to the ocean.

When Rick moves into the house, he’ll be able to enjoy the nice things like a play room.

Reports say that the rapper from Money In The Grave will soon close on the sale of the home that was put on the market in May.

Architectural Digest says that his last purchase, the Miami home of former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire for $3.5 million, was made about two years ago.

Rick said on the REVOLT show Assets Over Liabilities that he bought Amare’s house months ago.

“But,” he thought, “Guess what? I could sell the house for up to $3 million more than what I paid for it, which is its worth.

From what the Atlanta Journal-Constitution says, Rick Ross also bought Meek Mill’s Atlanta home for $4.2 million a few months ago.Rick bought a million-dollar Atlanta home just because he was interested when he first started making a lot of money as a rapper.

In an interview in 2021, Rick said, “I’ve always been interested in homes, so my friends and I started coming up to Atlanta.” We would often speed by this spot on our bikes and stop, pull over, and say, “Gσ∂ ∂αми.”

“Once I had my deal and my situation figured out, I bought a million-dollar home right around the corner, maybe two minutes from here, just so I can ride by it every day while I’m in Atlanta. That was the play,” he said.

Rick’s biggest accomplishment is the huge 109-room house in Georgia that he bought from Evander Holyfield and named “The Promise Land.”
