Rick Ross Splurges $37M on a Lavish Mansion in Miami’s Coveted Star Island Locale

Rick Ross is expected to spend more than $37 million on a fancy home with nine bedrooms on Miami’s Star Island.

.

Star Island has hosted celebrities like Sean “Diddy” Combs, Shaquille O’Neal, and Gloria Estefan, according to the Wall Street Journal.

.

The island became more famous when Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez bought a house with ten bedrooms there in 2020.

ESPN reports that Rick, who is 47 years old and grew up in the same Miami neighborhood as Flo Rida, now lives on Star Island.

Rick is said to be going to change everything about the fancy home he bought for millions of dollars. There are six bedrooms, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool in his new home, which is about 40,000 square feet.

The very expensive beach house has a small wooden port in the backyard that goes to the water.

Rick will be able to enjoy the nice features like a video room when he moves in.

The rapper from Money In The Grave is said to be almost done with the sale of the house that was listed in May.

Architectural Digest says he paid $3.5 million for the Miami home of NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire about two years ago.

Before he bought Amare’s house, Rick said that on the REVOLT show Assets Over Liabilities.

“Guess what? The house could be worth up to $3 million more than what I paid for it, so it’s worth something.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Rick Ross recently paid $4.2 million for Meek Mill’s home in Atlanta. The first time Rick made a lot of money as a rapper, he bought a $1 million house in Atlanta just because he was interested.

In an interview in 2021, Rick said, “I’ve always been interested in homes, so my friends and I started coming up to Atlanta.” Whenever we rode by this spot, we would often pull over and say, “Gπ∂ ∂αmN.”

“Once I had my deal and my situation figured out, I bought a million-dollar home right around the corner, maybe two minutes from here, just so I can ride by it every day while I’m in Atlanta,” he said. That play was that.”

He bought a huge house in Georgia from Evander Holyfield and called it “The Promise Land.” This is Rick’s biggest and best accomplishment.
