Russell Wilson’s $41M mansion for Ciara marks a celebration of their fifth baby girl

Ciara received a $36M mansion from Russell Wilson after giving birth to their 6th girl.

sᴜᴘᴇʀ Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks dual-тняєαт quarterback Russell Wilson and fashion model/R&B singer Ciara advertised their Bellevue, Wash., mansion for $36 M after being transferred to the Broncos.

The “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer, a relentless businesswoman and philanthropist, and Wilson, the NFL’s highest-paid player who made $35 million in his final years with the Seahawks, hope to triple their money by selling their two-parcel waterfront mansion. The two plots were bought for $13.4 M in 2015, the year before they married, and 2019.

Carmen and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. list the main house parcel at $28 M and the neighboring plot with an attached garage and sport court at $8 M.

The two homes’ 1.9 groomed acres drop down to 270 feet of Lake Washingtоn beachfront. The lavish main mansion was built in 2007 on a mountaintop with city and sea views.

Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms are served by a spectacular wrought iron circular staircase and elevator in 11,000 square feet on three floors.

Highlights include a black library/office, two formal dining rooms, and a 20-foot entrance. Groin-vaulted Corinthian columns separate the large space. A side has a spacious kitchen with beautiful вσиє-white woodwork.

A circular dining bay off the great room with lake views of downtown Seattle, Southeast Asian antique carved wood doors, and at least four magnificently carved stone fireplaces are throughout.

The main suite’s opulent bathroom contains a garden tub, cedar sauna, and plum, violet, and eggplant velvet.

The enormous suite’s 200 square feet of custom closet space and “Hollywood-worthy glam room” add decadence.

The rebuilt basement features a games lounge and a wood-paneled screening room.

Adults prefer a two-story backyard treehouse with a faux-fur rug, leather sofa, and flat-screen TV. Water and city views from floor-to-ceiling windows.
