On Dec. 28, the 32-year-old “Diamonds” singer paid a huge $13.75 million for the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion.
The modern farmhouse-style home is 7,628 square feet and sits on a half-acre lot. It is in the posh Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, which is home to many other famous people.
A lot of famous people live on the street where her “FourFiveSeconds” bandmate Paul McCartney lives. (BTW: she reportedly said she was a “peasant” compared to the “legend” of the Beatles after running into him on a flight in 2019; meeting her new neighbor on the street should be fun!)
Rihanna’s Heather Road property was built in 1938 but has been through a lot of changes that mix modern and traditional styles.
The fashion mogul behind Fenty Beauty and Sđvage X Fenty Lingerie now lives not far from the Beverly Hills Hotel and Sunset Boulevard. Next, she’s releasing Fenty Hair weave tools, hair color, glitter, and other things, according to paperwork filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
The main living areas of her new home have a large floor plan that opens up to a well-kept central courtyard with a large deck, pool, spa, and fire pit.
There is a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a cocktail bar, formal living and family rooms, and French wood flooring that goes from room to room. Beautiful mountain views can be seen from the master suite, which also has a spa-like bathroom that leads to a private outdoor sitting area.
The businesswoman and singer owns three more homes in Los Angeles that she bought between 2014 and 2017.
Rihanna is said to be dating rapper A$AP Rocky since she broke up with Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel last year. They were seen having fun together at Christmas in Barbados, her home country.
