According to TMZ, the 38-year-old rapper paid $15.4 million for an opulent residence in Hidden Hills, the guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley that is home to multiple Kardashians, Drake, Lori Loughlin, Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, and John Stamos.
The Weeknd’s Hidden Hills mansion, which has been for sale since last summer at a reduced $22 miℓℓio𝚗, is almost across the street from Weezy’s new house, which is located next to Kylie Jenner’s long-standing residence.

The hilltop home was constructed in 2019 by a local developer. It features a 10,000-square-foot main house and a mini-me guesthouse on a pad beneath the main house. Over three acres of grass and olive trees surround the property.

The site is surrounded by horse trails and white picket fences, which pay homage to Hidden Hills’ horseback riding heritage. On their ranches, about half of the community’s homeowners still keep horses.
