Russell Wilson gifts wife Ciara a $41M mansion after welcoming their fifth baby girl

Following the birth of their sixth child, Russell Wilson gifted his wife Ciara a $36 million house.

The Seattle Seahawks’ dual quarterback Russell Wilson, who won the Super Bowl, and R&B singer Ciara, who goes by Ciara, have listed their Bellevue, Washington, home for $36 million.

Wilson, the former highest-paid player in the NFL, and the singer of “Goodies” and “Speechless,” who made $35 million annually in his final years with the Seahawks, aim to triple their fortune when they sell their waterfront two-parcel house. One of the two plots was purchased for $13.4 million in 2015, the year before their marriage, and the other for the same amount in 2019.

The two lots are being sold separately by Windermere Real Estate Co. agents Carmen and Chandler Gayton. The plot next door with the garage and sports court is $8 million, while the main house lot is $28 million.

Together, the two properties comprise approximately 1.9 acres of immaculate lawns that descend to a stunning 270 feet of Lake Washington beachfront. Perched on a hill with views of the city and water, the main house was constructed in 2007.

Over three storeys and somewhat more than 11,000 square feet, there are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The apartments are served by a lift and a circular wrought iron staircase.

Three feature walls stand out: a black library/office, two formal dining rooms, and a 20-foot door. Groin vaulted Corinthian columns divide the enormous area. The huge kitchen has white woodwork on one side that is beautifully carved.

In addition to Southeast Asian antique carved wood doors and at least four exquisitely carved stone fireplaces, the great room features a circular eating bay with views of downtown Seattle and the lake.

The garden tub, cedar sauna, and various tones of eggplant, violet, and plum velvet can be found in the main suite’s bathroom.

It is made even more opulent by the 200 square feet of custom closet space and the “Hollywood-worthy glam room” in the huge suite.

A cinema theater with wood walls and a bar with a gaming area are located in the remodeled lower level.

The outdoor treehouse features a flat-screen TV, leather seating, a faux-fur rug, and two storeys. More adults should read it than children. There are floor to ceiling windows that provide views of the city and the water.
