Russell Wilson bought his wife Ciara a $36 million home after she had their sixth daughter.
Russell Wilson, the sᴜᴘᴇʀ Bowl-winning dual quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, and Ciara, the mononym fashion model and R&B singer, have put their Bellevue, Wash., home on the market for $36 M.
Wilson, who used to be the NFL’s highest-paid player and made $35 million a year in his last few years with the Seahawks, and the singer of “Goodies” and “Speechless” hope to triple their money when they sell their two-parcel waterfront home. The two plots were bought in two separate deals, one for $13.4 M in 2015, the year before they got married, and the other in 2019.
Carmen and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. are selling the two lots independently. The main house lot is $28 M, and the plot next door with the garage and sports court is $8 M.
The two properties add up to about 1.9 acres of well-kept lawns that drop down to 270 feet of beautiful Lake Washingtоn shoreline. The main house was built in 2007 on top of a hill with views of the city and water.
There are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms spread out over three floors and a little more than 11,000 square feet. There is a circular wrought iron staircase and a lift that serve the rooms.
There is a 20-foot door, two formal dining rooms, and a black library/office that stand out. The huge room is split up by Corinthian columns with groin vaults. The woodwork in the large kitchen on one side is very finely carved and is white.
There are at least four beautifully carved stone fireplaces, Southeast Asian antique carved wood doors, and a circular eating bay off the great room with views of the lake and downtown Seattle.
