The listing describes the location of the condominium as “the most exclusive address in Uptown Charlotte.” The condominium occupies half of the fifth story of The Trust building, which is located in the heart of the Central Business District.
Shane McDevitt, the listing broker for the condominium, disclosed to business journals that the apartment has undergone recent repairs, which include the application of new paint as well as work on modernizing the lighting and the bathrooms.

The Panthers let go of their former star quarterback after the 2019 season, during which he was hurt a lot.
