Yo Gotti is enjoying his vacation in the opulent Westlake Village Mansion with his lady

After purchasing an exquisite hilltop mansion less than a year ago, Yo Gotti is putting his Los Angeles area property back on the market. The rapper “Recession Proof” has a 3-acre property in Westlake Village, which is tucked away within a guarded community. It is about an hour’s drive northwest of downtown Los Angeles by car. The property is fully landscaped and has many amenities, including a full-size tennis court, two pools, rose gardens, and a mansion designed in the Tuscan style.

Gotti, born Mario Mims and a longtime resident of Memphis, has worked in the music industry throughout his entire career, though his 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 album chart, may have been the first to bring him widespread prominence and mainstream success. His single “Rake It Up,” featuring Nicki Minaj, reached the top 10 of the Hot 100 singles chart the following year. Gotti is also a successful record executive; the 41-year-old is the CEO and proprietor of Collective Music Group (CMG) in Nashville.

Westlake Village’s Villa Forza is listed for precisely $1 million more than Gotti paid for it in May. Built in the late 1990s, the massive residence has nearly 10,000 square feet of living area on one level with a direct view of the North Ranch Country Club golf course.

The interiors of the house are definitely opulent. The enormous foyer with a big skylight and views that stretch through the backyard and beyond the rolling hills is unveiled by the glass and metal double front doors. There are six guest/family chambers, a family room that is connected to the chef’s kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace and library. The master suite features a jacuzzi, two baths, two wardrobes, and a fireplace. There’s also a home gym, an executive office, and a formal dining room.

With its well-kept boxwood and rose gardens, old palm trees, and peaceful fountains, the property really shines outside. There are multiple terraces for alfresco dining and entertaining, along with a unique infinity-edge pool and reflecting pool with views of the canyon.
